Summary

Event spaces often struggle with temperature control, especially when original construction leaves little room for proper insulation. For this project, the goal was to upgrade a large metal-walled room without changing its look or function.

The Work

Removed and carefully labeled 600 sq ft of metal wall panels, trims, and window surrounds
Installed batt insulation across a 12' x 50' wall, fitted around all outlets, windows, and framing
Reinstalled every panel and trim piece in their original spots for a seamless finish

The Outcome

The space now holds temperature better and feels more comfortable, while keeping the original industrial style intact. Careful reinstallation means no one can tell the change happened behind the walls. This upgrade helps the room work better for events year-round.
